Lymphatic

Drainage

Massage

*Specialty*

Lymphatic Massage is a very gentle technique (almost no pressure), which encourages the natural drainage of your lymph (by flushing out toxins), which supports a healthy immune system. It helps to reduce swelling (edema) and detoxifies the body.

When lymph circulation stagnates, fluid build up can cause physical problems such as inflammation, edema, acne and neuropathy.

 Aromatherapy

Massage

Aromatherapy uses the art and science of essential oils.  These oils come from the essence of plants and are very fragrant. EO's are too concentrated to be used undiluted on the skin and therefore will typically be diluted with a carrier oil (such as aloe- vera, jojoba, coconut, grape seed)

to lessen the chance of any skin irritation.

Many essential oils are proven to be antiviral, antibacterial,

antimicrobial, antiseptic,

anti-inflammatory  &

natural disinfectants..  I create  my own pure therapeutic blends.

Neck, Back & Shoulder

Therapeutic

Massage

Focused work on these

key areas that are the most worked muscles of the body that get tight, achy and hold stress.  This massage will ease your tension in those areas.

Depending on the amount of time we have during the session, we will of course

ONCOLOGY MASSAGE

Oncology massage is the modification of existing massage therapy techniques used in order to safely work with

complications of cancer and cancer treatments, whether you're going through allopathic treatment, or holistic approach, or a combination of both.

Breast Health Massage

Breast Health Massage is a therapeutic treatment that helps maintain healthy breast tissue and can restore health to tissues that have been damaged, altered, or have suffered from disease. Massage (dry brushing, lymph brushing) improves the circulation of blood and lymph in the breast, which brings in fresh nutrient-rich blood to the area and drain away congested lymph that is full of toxins.

Women (and men) who have had breast reductions, enhancements, mastectomies, or reconstructive surgery often suffer from painful adhesions & scar tissue which can be greatly improved with Breast Health Massage.

Breasts are a part of the body, just like our eyes and our teeth, and they need regular checkups and maintenance to keep them healthy. Breast Health Massage is exactly that and nothing more.

Licensed Massage Therapists that received special Continuing Education training in Breast Health must be able to produce credentials to prove training.

Acupressure & Lymphatic Facial

Rejuvenation Massage

**NEW SERVICE

Facial Rejuvenation Lymphatic/Acupressure

is a specialized lymphatic sequence for the face, neck and

upper chest; and an acupressure technique to work with acupressure points & meridians to clear blockages caused by emotional/physical stress and the aging process.

Energy flow is restored, resulting in facial well-being and beauty. Clients report looking and feeling wonderful after this non-surgical "face lift".

Cupping Massage

**NEW SERVICE

Traditional Chinese Medicine has been practiced for thousands of years. It is believed that by creating suction using cups on specific points of your body, the life force within can be restored to its equilibrium and improve illness.  Cupping can relieve and reduce pain and inflammation to promote a sense of peace and well-being; It promotes blood circulation, relieves blood & lymph stagnation, decreases high blood pressure, promotes healing and relaxation, and calms the nervous system . It is a widely recognized form of traditional Chinese medicine.

Can be combined with regular massage or gua sha.

** Please note, cupping marks (round circles or stroke marks that will consist of red/purple color) may last from 4 days - 2 weeks, depending on your skin sensitivity & tension release.**

Swedish

Massage

Swedish (or relaxation massage) can be modified to your specific needs.

Gentle to medium pressure is applied to gently knead the tissue to promote relaxation.

It is not designed for working the deeper muscles of the body.

Swedish will cover a wide range of areas on the body including the back, legs, feet, arms, hands, neck. and shoulders.

Back Scrub Massage

Incorporate this Back Scrub at the end of your massage for pure bliss.  Himalayan Sea Salt or Dead Sea Salt Glow will revitalize & exfoliate your skin, gently improving circulation while getting a back massage. Next, we'll apply a Mud Masque/Seaweed/French Green clay or Red Clay to detoxify your skin. It's nourishing amino acids, extracts and minerals will improve skin cell stimulation & detoxify.

Steamed towels are used in between to remove each layer of salt/clay.

Lastly applied is a light organic body lotion to moisturize your back..

You will feel great and your skin will look nourished and amazing.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Therapy uses smooth heated stones to relieve stiffness, restore energy to aching muscles and joints, and encourages blood & lymph circulation.

It promotes physical healing, mental relaxation (and some say "provide a spiritual connection to earth energy").

During the session, you may notice your body temp, heart and breathing rates rise and drop.  This indicates a rapid exchange of blood and oxygen in the body.

Can be done as a full massage or in conjunction with Swedish & Aromatherapy.

Gua Sha

Gua Sha is an ancient pain-relieving healing 'scraping' technique that releases stuck energy (i.e. pain) from beneath the skin to promote Qi and blood flow.

Gua Sha helps to relieve aches, pains, muscle strains, carpel tunnel syndrome, tight IT bands, plantar fasciitis, colds, flu, allergies, and more.

Gua Sha is a very effective healing technique

Kinesiology

Taping

Kinesiology Taping (or Therapeutic Taping) is a restorative taping technique that promotes the body’s natural healing process through Proprioceptive response.. The tape provides support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting range of motion.

It prolongs the benefits of manual therapy administered by your Massage Therapist.

Latex-free tape is water/sweat resistant, and wearable for 3-5 days at a time. The tape is safe to wear by most people.
